VILLAGE PET BOARDING SERVICES

Welcome To Our House Guests!

We are pleased and honored to be chosen to care for your Friends. We will do our best to make the visit a pleasant one.

Your Friends will receive a veterinary examination as part of our service upon admission to the Village Pet Hotel and Spa facility. Dr. Bob will note any matters for your consideration.

If a medical situation occurs during their stay with us, we will attempt to notify you, if possible, and will treat the condition. You will be charged a reasonable fee for any services incurred. All dog runs and kennels are sanitized and cleaned daily and/or immediately after a bowel or bladder movement has occurred.

Your Friends will be combed and curried daily with either your grooming accessories or our sanitized grooming accessories. All food and water containers will be cleaned and sanitized daily. Water will be changed a minimum of three times so that your Friend will always have a fresh drink of water. Treats provided by you or offered by us, with you approval, will be available throughout the day.

Soft, sanitized bedding will be provided for your Friend, if you do not bring them from your home. We wash all bedding daily, so please bring only washable bedding and/or coverlets. If your Friends stay more than 3 days, a bath and creme rinse will be given at no extra charge. All Friends will be exercised daily in their outside runs, weather permitting.

Does Your Pet Need A Makeover?

We can schedule a professional grooming offsite for your pet during their stay, deliver and return your Friend to the Pet Spa. We can do bathes and combouts and complete shavedowns on the premises. After three or more days boarding, your pet will receive a complimentary bath and condition prior to going home.

Medical Requirements

As we do not wish to in any way cause your Friend to be exposed to any contagious diseases, Dr. Bob insists that all Friends staying with us have current verified vaccinations from a licensed veterinarian. Additionally ,

Dr. Bob strongly recommends a Parvo/Corona/ Kennel Cough booster if these vaccinations were given more than six months prior to the visit. Any Friend who has not had a Kennel Cough immunization within the preceding six months will be vaccinated by intranasal immunization after check-in. A rabies tag is not sufficient to prove vaccinations. We will gladly call your vet to verify vaccination and/or medical records.
