ANIMAL
REHABILITATION FOUNDATION

The ANIMAL REHABILITATION FOUNDATION was co-founded by Dr. Bob Zepecki and Dr. Jack Jones in 1999.
The express purpose of this
Foundation is to assist, where possible, in the rescue and rehabilitation
of all animals, wild and domestic, wherever possible. We take in lost or
stray dogs and attempt to find their homes or alternatively will find them a
home. We do not euthanize any animal unless it is terminally ill or
fatally injured.
The Foundation has a long term goal
of establishing a rehabilitation animal treatment site for eventual release of
injured animals back into their environment. The Hot Springs Village area
is located in the Ouachita mountains of Arkansas. This region is ideally suited
to recovery and reintroduction as many species
of American raptors live here.
