Prologue Re:   Diane Aragon and Jose Sanchez and Minnie the dog

 

You would not know from the Voice article that this matter has already been appealed and is even more feckless and ludicrous than the previous matters.

 

Since this is in appeal and going to court, I will only show you the letters I sent to the board and to Mrs. Aragon.  You can come to your own conclusions.

 

The board did not find me guilty of any of the original matters they listed.  They also listed the previous hearings to “pad” their fines as their bank account is getting low and the supreme court denied their appeal of my Hadley case.  So now I am hoping to have all of these administrative nightmares heard in open court, or reheard, you might say, to have them expunged.  I served two of the board members with lawsuits at the last hearing.  Instead of recusing themselves, they jumped right in.  I am not laughing.

 

What I have learned from all of this is that you cannot judge people.  The very best people in the Village came out in my favor; some by faith -- most by their relationship with me.  Those who are very negative are at least in the open.  It has been my experience that people that speak badly of you or do not give you the benefit of an explanation are really not worth the time.  Those of you who have been confronted by these nay-sayers at least know who they are.

 

This matter will go on until it is resolved in my favor.
